Khan Academy consent

I consent to my child's username, grade level, and learning progress data being shared with Khan Academy as SparkXplorer's curriculum platform. I have reviewed Khan Academy's Privacy Policy at khanacademy.org/about/privacy-policy.

COPPA data privacy

I understand SparkXplorer collects my child's academic and session data solely for educational service delivery. SparkXplorer does not sell student data, does not display advertising to scholars, and assigns platform-managed usernames only to scholars under age 13.

Non-US tutor cross-border data access

I acknowledge that SparkXplorer's sessions are delivered by internationally contracted tutors based outside the United States, who have supervised access to my child's name, grade level, and curriculum data during live sessions only. All tutors are vetted, background-screened, and have signed a Data Access Agreement.

Session recording acknowledgement

All SparkXplorer sessions are recorded server-side for safety, quality assurance, and compliance. This is a condition of enrolment. Recordings are stored for 90 days and accessible only to me (as parent/guardian) and authorised SparkXplorer administrators. A secure link is delivered to my registered email within 24 hours of each session.

Final confirmation

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the enrolled scholar. I have read and understood the full SparkXplorer Privacy Policy above and provide my consent on behalf of my child.
